We are so confident that a TEMPUR®  mattress will give you the best night’s sleep, that we are willing to let you try one in your home for a full 40 nights.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Tempur mattress, you can change it for any other mattress in our store*.

To qualify for the exchange the mattress must be purchased with a Mattress Protector and the mattress must be free of stains, dirt and damage at the point of collection/inspection.

Only ONE mattress exchange is permitted per customer order and this MUST be processed with the store of original purchase.

The customer must keep the mattress for a minimum of 35 days before organising an exchange.

Bed Bases, Bed Bundles, Headboards, Pillows, Quilts, Accessories & Mattress Protectors cannot be exchanged and are not part of this offer.
